I’m Not Interested In What I Would Like As a Woman, Grandmother or 100-Year-Old Leprechaun

The internet has too much time on its hands. I'm not here for any of it.

Well now that the Tide Pod challenge is over. (White) People got sick and tide pods are now locked up like Sudafed. Vape pens got mangled; yes, some fools were actually VAPING the tide pods. πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ˜’

But now, the internet is getting back to basics; Fortune telling. Showing people what their faces would look like in 20 years. Or what a person would look like as the opposite sex. Like c’mon, we don’t have enough to worry about? Wouldn’t the easiest way for me to know what I’ll look like in 20-some-odd-years is to just look at my dad? If I was curious to know what I’d look like as a woman, shouldn’t I just go look at my mom or grandma? Somebody make it make sense for me!

While this isn’t a new Facebook fad, it seems to have a real hold right now. People seem highly intrigued to explore the ‘what could’ve been’ moment they left back in their embryonic stage of life. There’s even a heated debate in the more ‘philosophical’ spaces on what it says about men who wanna know what they would look like as a woman? Seems to me like folks wanna waste that last mandatory 30 minutes of work. Facebook is better than anywhere else to waste it. Better make that 45 minutes. πŸ˜’πŸ˜‚

The internet has too much time on its hands. I’m almost missing the good ol’ days of “Twerk Team Thursdays.” These at least were choreographed dance routines and if you got lucky, sometimes somebody fell, broke a piece of furniture or maybe got they butt whooped by their momma or daddy at the end, which always made the laugh worth it at the end. It was a simpler time. Now with information and affirmation moving at light speed, everyone is looking and waiting to be the next internet viral sensation. But some of these sites are dark worm holes. Leading only to empty wastes of space and time. What starts out as a simple, see how you look as a man, or a dog or rattlesnake photo, could end 15- 30 clicks later with you reading an article about how the Loch Ness monster and Bigfoot are a part of the deep state plot to over throw the nation of Islam!

Hey crazier things have been written, right?
